FOUNDED. Chartered in 1953, the Junior Woman's Club of Columbia was organized for the purpose of bringing together and
equipping young women to promote educational, social and civic progress in the City, State, Nation and World.

MEMBER OF GENERAL FEDERATION OF WOMEN'S CLUB OF SOUTH CAROLINA. Founded in 1898 as one of the oldest nonpartisan and nondenominational women’s service organizations in the world.

MEMBER OF GENERAL FEDERATION OF WOMEN'S CLUB. The General Federation of Women’s Clubs is an international women’s organization dedicated to community improvement by enhancing the lives of others through volunteer service.
